Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering, project management, reliability, or maintenance organizations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience managing capital projects and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Experience developing talent, coaching team members, and building organizational capability.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into effective operational execution and sustainable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team including Project Managers, Electrical Project Managers, Outage Leaders, Document Control resources, and Engineering Development Program participants.
• Oversee a significant portfolio of capital and reliability projects, ensuring delivery safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership for planned outages, major maintenance events, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Environmental, and Procurement teams to improve asset performance and create long-term value.
