Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic math skills expected.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Manufacture product per technical specifications.
• Complete machine set ups per standard and specifications.
• Establish and follow setup parameters and improve them.
• Ensure materials for changeover are available before set-ups.
• Pack and identify product as per specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control of materials and supplies.
• Minimize downtime by proper set-ups and material readiness; report issues promptly.
• Coach and mentor assistants with clear instructions.
• Follow all safety rules and company policies.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Use PPE as required.
• Be detail oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Related tasks as requested by supervisor.
