Job summary

Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC is hiring for a Mailer Packer position at the Georgia-Pacific Mailers facility in McDonough, GA. The role operates on a rotating 12-hour schedule (days/nights) with overtime opportunities and a path to permanent hire.

You'll perform visual quality inspections, ensure correct packaging materials and labels, stack products, and assist with wash-ups, changeovers, and startups while maintaining a clean, safe work area and adhering to instructions.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing production experience.
• Able to work the rotating 12 hour schedule.
• Comfortable lifting 20–25 lbs.
• Must provide steel toe boots.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual quality inspections of finished product.
• Ensure correct packaging materials, counts, and labels.
• Stack product into boxes and onto skids.
• Assist line operators with wash-ups, changeovers, and startups.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures.
