Job summary

US Tech Force in the Fox Valley area is seeking an experienced Paper Converting Machine Operator to join our team. You will set up and operate paper converting equipment and troubleshoot to maximize performance.

You will supervise downstream staff, perform routine maintenance, conduct quality checks, and ensure safety and quality procedures are followed. All shifts available; wage is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience operating paper converting machines.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of light manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform paper converting equipment setups and operation, troubleshooting to achieve optimal performance.
• Oversee and assist downstream employees with equipment troubleshooting.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting of sheeter equipment.
• Conduct quality checks to assure product meets quality expectations.
• Ensure employees comply with safety and quality procedures.

• Previous experience running paper converting machines
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of light manufacturing or related experience.
