Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant work experience and knowledge required.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment; paper industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic machine controls; ability to read procedures.
• Able to read safety rules and operating procedures and communicate issues to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate all paper bowl machines to ensure safe, efficient, continuous production.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance, product quality, and production targets across all machines.
• Coordinate material supply of raw materials and blanks; manage conveyors and pallets.
• Train and coach assistants on safe work practices and machine operation.
• Document daily production, downtime, scrap, and quality data in SAP/Excel.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, PPE, HACCP, LOTO, and JSA regulations.
