Job summary

Sabert Corporation in Richmond, VA is seeking a Paper Bowl Machine Operator to safely run and monitor paper bowl equipment, perform setups, and coordinate with maintenance to maximize uptime. You will ensure production of high-quality bowls and maintain equipment performance.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of fast-paced manufacturing experience (paper industry preferred), and the ability to read safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating paper bowl machinery or similar in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience multi-tasking and coordinating with maintenance and supervisors.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate all paper bowl machines to ensure safe, continuous production.
• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance, product quality, and production targets.
• Coordinate materials and assist with start-ups, jams, and repairs.
• Train and coach Assistant Operators on safety and best practices.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports.
