Job summary

Papa Johns Franchise is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader (HSL) at our Tucson location. You will help drive operational excellence across people, product, service and image, ensuring a world-class customer experience. The role requires managing COGS and labor costs while maintaining high service standards.

Open availability on weekends and holidays is required, with a focus on delivering energetic, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
