Primary Responsibilities

• Hourly Shift Leaders (HSL)
  • Operational Excellence (People, Product, Service and Image)
  • Ensures a World Class Customer Experience
  • Manages cost of goods sold and labor expense
  • Executes daily shift objectives
• Assistant Managers – AM (in addition to HSL responsibilities)
  • Training and development
  • Problem solving and crisis management
• Assistant General Managers – AGM (in addition to AM responsibilities)
  • Trains and develops high performing team members and managers
  • Drives sales growth through operation excellence, including product quality, world class customer experience, and local store marketing.
  • Controls operational costs and works to achieve personal, area and company financial objectives.

Requirements
