Job summary

Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily restaurant operations in Kingman, AZ. The role is hourly, non-exempt, with a 30+ hour workweek and comprehensive on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include operational excellence, delivering a World Class Customer Experience, and controlling costs related to COGS and labor. Applicants should have open availability, a valid driver's license, and a Serv-Safe/food service certification is preferred.

• Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Open availability, weekends and holidays required.
