Responsibilities

• Process PAP paperwork daily according to Baxter managment policies and procedures.
• Educate patients on proper use and care of PAP equipment; provide mask fit education via mannequins.
• Perform preventive maintenance on PAP equipment and document in Brightree per policies.
• Assist in resolving patient equipment problems and process returns.
• Maintain PAP inventory and conduct monthly counts.
• Collect co-insurance payments and arrange patient payment plans.
• Schedule PAP setups, new supplies, mask fittings/exchanges; assist walk-ins with issues.
• Manage location coverage and assist with intake, orders, and inquiries.
