Job summary

Salvation Army Mountain Home Corps is seeking a Pantry/Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the Mountain Home Food Pantry operations and warehouse logistics. The role focuses on inventory, ordering, distribution, and staff/volunteer supervision to deliver food and supplies efficiently.

Responsibilities include data entry, reporting, and ensuring USDA compliance while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment and coordinating with leadership on weekly needs and issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of warehouse experience required.
• Two years of administrative experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders and inventory for the Food Pantry and pantry items.
• Supervise staff and volunteers to ensure accurate stocking and safety.
• Maintain USDA records and reports; enter data into department database.
• Coordinate daily warehouse deliveries and item distribution.
• Ensure proper temperature logs and safety procedures are followed.
