Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of experience in a fast-paced, complex work environment demonstrating organizational and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and aptitude to learn other software platforms.
• For company insurance purposes, at least 21 years of age; possess a current Arizona Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
• Two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced, complex work environment demonstrating organizational and follow-through skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Trains, coordinates, and oversees volunteers to ensure they work within program policy and CFB core values.
• Delivers welcoming, dignified, and respectful experiences for clients, volunteers, and staff.
• Performs client-facing services and program duties in line with DES and CFB guidelines.
• Maintains inventory and conducts periodic compliance checks.
• Suggests improvements to GGRC programming and volunteer coordination based on experience.
