Pantry/Prep Cook (Catering) - The Saint Paul Hotel

Join Morrissey Hospitality as a Pantry/Prep Cook (Catering) at The Saint Paul Hotel.

Position Details

Pay Range: $19.77/hr (based on skills and experience, discuss with recruiter)

Type: Full-time, Entry level

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare orders according to guest specifications, with attention to allergens and notes.
  2. Prepare kitchen line and necessary products for service following checklists.
  3. Work at assigned station in the kitchen.
  4. Receive and check in purchased items for accuracy, quality, and quantity.
  5. Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  6. Clean kitchen equipment, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks. Reorganize work area for next shift.
  7. Segregate and remove trash and recycling, clean trash area, sweep, and mop floors.
  8. Comply with all food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  9. Perform any other duties as assigned.
