Job summary

Waves Restaurant is hiring a Pantry Cook to prepare pantry items for the day and assist with cold food orders. You will work closely with line cooks to ensure proper delivery of pantry components and maintain stock throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and able to follow food safety protocols consistently. Prior kitchen experience is recommended.

Qualifications

Waves is looking to expand ourteam with the position of Pantry Cook!

The responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to, prepping all items needed for the day in the pantry area, fulfilling cold food item orders as they come into the kitchen, keeping side items stocked for duration of the shift. Working with the line cooks to ensure proper delivery of pantry items with hot food items.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment and easily follow/implement all instructions and food safety protocols.

Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is recommended.
