Palio, our namesake, is a celebrated Italian horse race that runs through Siena, Italy, twice a year and inspires our culinary style. Palio is a vibrant, lively restaurant embodying the spirit of the Palio di Siena horse race, full of energy, emotions, and life.
We serve authentic Tuscan cuisine, including large pizzas from our industrial gas-fired stone oven, bolognese, carbonara, lasagna, and other re-invented classics with herbs from our in-house garden. Our beverage list features craft beers, unique cocktails, and extensive wine and grappa selections.
Our all-scratch kitchens focus on seasonal, local ingredients, with creative features from our head chef aimed at exceeding guest expectations with memorable dining experiences.
We seek outgoing individuals with excellent people skills, attention to detail, and quality focus. Experience in high-volume settings and versatility across stations is preferred.
