Qualifications

• Required to possess or obtain a valid SNHD Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff’s Card).
• This role may involve performing physical labor and operational tasks in outdoor environments, regardless of weather conditions.
• The position requires adaptability, endurance, and a commitment to safety while working in both high-heat and cold-weather settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry and kitchen in a timely fashion.
• Maintains and performs product inventory.
• Understands menu offerings.
• Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Assists with the breakdown of assigned locations at the end of the event.
• Assists with the set up of suites functions including linens, dishware, glassware and silverware, menu cards, preordered beverage, and special request items.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Pantry Coordinator is responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties to the Suites and Suites management team. This is a union position.

This role pays an hourly rate of $19.15-$23.94 (per CBA).

About The Venue

Allegiant Stadium is the technologically‑advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world‑class entertainment including concerts and special sporting events.
