Pantry Coordinator

Location: Coffee Distributing Corp – 31 West 34th Street, New Hyde Park, NY 10001. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm. Pay range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Responsible for food and beverage distribution from pantry, maintaining inventory and ensuring timely service to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock pantry inventory, ensuring product quality, accurate inventory levels, and proper FIFO rotation.
• Replenish beverages, snacks, coffee supplies and other pantry essentials while maintaining food safety standards and proper storage of perishable items.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of coffee, water, and pantry equipment, escalating repair needs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑focused pantry environment by addressing service needs, monitoring product availability, and upholding workplace safety standards.
