Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining food service operations in and from the suite pantry kitchen.

• Ensure suites are set up prior to guest arrival with proper food presentation and quantities.
• Coordinate with suite attendants and culinary staff for proper presentation and food quantities.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Perform duties related to food and beverage distribution from the pantry to suites.
• Manage pantry product inventory and offerings.
• Ensure timely distribution of food and beverages.
• Maintain and perform product inventory.
• Understand menu offerings.
• Create, modify, or close sale checks via electronic tablet.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Work effectively with co-workers and maintain good relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
