California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pantry Cook to join our dynamic team in Troy, MI. You will help maintain the pantry station, ensure quality and sanitation, and contribute to memorable guest experiences with our R.O.C.K.S culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in pantry or line cook role is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation and pantry station upkeep.
• Ensure timely preparation of salads and desserts.
• Prepare all necessary pantry items and support line checks and prep sheets.
• Open/close the pantry station and perform side work duties each shift.
• Practice safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.
