California Pizza Kitchen is seeking a Pantry Cook to join our team. You will maintain high standards for food quality and sanitation in the Pantry station, and ensure timely prep of salads and desserts for service.

Our team emphasizes California creativity, teamwork, and guest-focused service. Previous pantry experience (1–3 months) is welcomed, and we offer flexible shifts and diverse culture along with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience or training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation, and pantry station upkeep.
• Ensure timely preparation of salads and desserts for service.
• Support line check process and complete prep par sheets each shift.
• Teach and practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment.
• Maintain proper equipment temperatures and perform station opening/closing and side work duties.
