Job summary

California Pizza Kitchen is hiring a Pantry Cook to join our team. You will maintain high standards for quality, sanitation and maintenance at the pantry station, and ensure timely preparation of salads and desserts while supporting the line check process.

You will practice safe handling of cutting boards, counters, knives, and equipment, and perform opening/closing duties and side work each shift. Experience of 1–3 months is preferred.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience or training required.
• Strong focus on food quality and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for food quality, sanitation and maintenance in Pantry station.
• Ensure timely preparation of salads and desserts.
• Support line check process and prepare all station items as needed.
• Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counters, knives and equipment.
• Open/close the pantry station and complete side work each shift.
