Bellini at Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Pantry Cook to manage cold menu items and support our kitchen team in a fast‑paced Miami, Florida environment.

Candidates should prepare hors d'oeuvres, garnish plates, maintain a clean station, and follow health and safety rules. Evening and weekend availability is required; a culinary degree is a plus. Experience with portion control and stock management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pantry/Prep Cook or similar role.
• Familiar with professional kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of food plating and presentation.
• Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Make cold appetizers, salads, vegetable and meat roll-ups, bruschettas.
• Garnish dishes with spices, nuts, fruit and vegetables.
• Prepare vinaigrettes, dips, and herb-infused oils.
• Meal-prep activities before guests arrive (vegetables, fish, meat, fruit).
• Store ingredients to keep them fresh and reduce waste.
• Check plating, temperature, and portions for all cold dishes.
• Sterilize kitchen equipment at the end of shift.
• Monitor stock and place orders, as needed.
• Recommend modern recipes to renew our menu and add nutritious cold dishes.
• Maintain a clean station at all times
