Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Pantry Chef (SSH) to prep portions and food items, stock the line, and ensure orders are ready on time. The role supports a guest-focused service culture in a vibrant setting.

We look for a positive, energetic individual who can maintain recipe and presentation standards in a fast-paced kitchen. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude.
• Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and stay alert.

Responsibilities

• Prepare portions and food items and stock the line with items needed to complete orders on time.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to meet guests' expectations.
• Operate kitchen equipment and knives safely and efficiently.
