Job summary
Madhappy is hiring a full-time Cafe Shift Lead for Pantry by Madhappy at the South Coast Plaza location in Costa Mesa. You will supervise staff, manage daily cafe operations, and ensure exceptional customer service aligned with our brand.
Work closely with the LA Pantry team to keep consistency in drink preparation and quality across offerings. Based in the Los Angeles or Orange County area, you should have 2+ years of coffee leadership experience and a strong knowledge of coffee and matcha.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of coffee leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee and matcha preparation
- Experience creating and refining recipes while maintaining brand standards
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management and staffing for daily cafe operations
- Drive sales through upselling and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and welcoming customer environment
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operations while staying calm and proactive
- Coordinate events and drink launches with the pantry team
