AltaMed Health Services is hiring a Paneling Operations Specialist to support the Patient Access Department by maintaining provider data and paneling operations across the Enterprise, excluding the IPA. The role focuses on improving patient satisfaction and access to care through standardized processes and data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and experience with healthcare process implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, organizational management or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare process implementation strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize provider data and paneling operations for the Enterprise (excluding IPA).
• Monitor, validate and implement standard paneling procedures aligned to organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Patient Access Specialists to track progress and identify training or performance needs.

The Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of provider data and paneling operations for the Enterprise, excluding the IPA. The Specialist monitors, assesses, validates and implements standard paneling operations procedures to ensure alignment to organizational goals and action items as detailed in the Leadership Evaluation Manager. Partners with Patient Access Specialist to measure progress against goals, identify trends, implement process improvements, and make recommendations for required training or performance management. The Specialist functions as the Provider Master Administrator. Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, healthcare, organizational management or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.Lean and/or Six Sigma Certification (minimum green belt) preferred.Experience in healthcare process implementation strongly preferred.General experience with electronic health records, experience with NextGen preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Compensation$70,016.76 - $87,520.95 annuallyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
