Key Job Responsibilities
  • Panel Assembly: Drill, tap, and cut holes in metal enclosures to fit electrical components.
  • Wiring: Layout, mount, and wire components such as circuit breakers, transformers, relays, terminals, and industrial control devices based on wiring diagrams.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate shop equipment and hand tools, including power drills, wire marker machines, and labeling machines, to assist in panel assembly and wiring tasks.
  • Labeling: Install labels and overlays for panel identification.
  • Quality Control: Perform final detailing and testing of panels, ensuring they meet company quality standards. Clean and take pictures of panels prior to shipment.
  • BOM Maintenance: Assist with maintaining and updating the Bill of Materials (BOM) for panels.
  • Shipping Support: Prepare and package panels for shipment as needed.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area to improve efficiency and safety.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, following instructions and staying on task to meet production deadlines.

  • Assembly Accuracy: 98% accuracy, percentage of panels assembled without errors.
  • Wiring Quality: fewer than 2 defects per month.
  • On‑Time Completion: 95% or higher.
  • Panel Testing Success Rate: 98% pass rate.
  • Rework Time: fewer than 2 hours per panel.
  • BOM Accuracy: 100% accuracy.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: zero safety incidents or cleanliness complaints.
  • Productivity: 10–15 panels per week, based on production goals.
  • Customer Satisfaction: 4.5/5 rating or higher.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
