Job summary

System One is seeking an Entry-Level Panel Technician to assemble and wire electrical control panels onsite in Bridgeville, PA. This direct-hire role offers 40 hours weekly and a starting compensation of approximately $41,600–$43,680. You will work with relays, PLCs, HMIs, and others while following safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic electrical training, and 2+ years of related experience, with a strong ability to read wiring diagrams and use hand/power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical certification or training in electrical systems or control panel wiring preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in control panel assembly and wiring.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams clearly.
• Knowledge of electrical components, safety protocols and wiring techniques.
• Hands-on experience with hand and power tools; PLCs and HMIs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to project specs and diagrams.
• Install components such as relays, switches, circuit breakers, PLCs, HMIs.
• Inspect wiring for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot panel assembly issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure panels meet design specs.
• Mentor junior technicians and support skill development.
• Maintain records of wiring configurations and modifications.
• Adhere to electrical safety standards and company policies.
• Keep workstations and tools clean and in good order.
