Job Store Staffing is hiring for an Assembly Technician in Westminster, CO to assemble electrical panels and components from blueprints and work orders, with a temp-to-hire path. The role requires reading electrical schematics and following detailed instructions.

You will use hand and power tools, perform inspections, maintain safety, and contribute to process improvements under the Production Manager. The position offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with benefits after conversion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of control panel or electrical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical panels, cables, and components based on blueprints and work orders.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and manufacturing drawings.
• Operate hand and power tools, cutting equipment, and follow detailed instructions.
• Perform inspections and validations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow ISO and safety procedures.
• Communicate any issues or suggestions for process improvement to the Production Manager.

Job Title: Assembly Technician (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Westminster, CO Pay: $20.00 – $23.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM (Full-Time)

Job Store Staffing is hiring for an Assembly Technician for a well-established manufacturing company in Westminster! This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working from blueprints or schematics.

• Assemble electrical panels, cables, and components based on blueprints and work orders.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and manufacturing drawings.
• Operate hand and power tools, cutting equipment, and follow detailed instructions.

Requirements
