Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read blueprints and use tape measures, calipers and micrometers.
• Strong math skills (convert fractional to decimal).
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Excellent attention to detail and 80/20 attitude.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down routers and machines for each order.
• Pull and prepare materials needed for orders.
• Inspect finished panels for quality and accuracy per 80/20 standards.
• Use cutting machines (shear) to complete orders.
• Transport orders from panel shop to shipping area.
• Learn all Panel Shop areas and read blueprints to meet customer specifications.
• Communicate with Leadership daily to report issues and needs.
