Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a Panel Saw Operator for second shift (2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday–Friday). The position pays $23-$25 per hour plus a 15% shift premium and offers strong benefits in a fast-growing electrical insulation manufacturing environment.

You will load and operate fabrication equipment, read drawings and blueprints, perform in-process inspections, and help keep the work area safe and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
• Very good math skills are essential.
• Ability to understand drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of fabrication equipment.
• Load, operate and manufacture parts per customer orders and blueprints.
• Complete project work requiring hand tools and basic accessories.
• Perform in-process inspection according to standard procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety and quality standards.
