Job summary

Qualifications

Background in TFT or MOSFET device physics and related processes.
Experience with TFT/MOSFET process, fab operation or R&D activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop new materials and processes for high-performance display panels.
Perform field tests, simulations, and panel validation from concept to production.
Oversee equipment for thin-film, lithography, and etching in panel fabrication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to advance TFT devices.
Lead optimization of TFT and panel manufacturing processes; explore new materials and tech.
Conduct numerical modeling, TCAD/FEA simulations for product design and failure analysis.
