This hands-on role involves assembling and insulating panels, doors, walls, and drain pans with precision. If you enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you. **What You’ll Do*** Read and interpret specification sheets to identify correct parts.* Assemble panels and components according to detailed instructions.* Install windows, hardware, and purchased parts into assemblies.* Apply insulation to panels as specified.* Label panels for tracking and organize them for delivery.* Operate forklifts and other tools to move materials and complete tasks.* Complete production logs and deviation reports.* Disassemble and correct improperly assembled or damaged panels.* Use rivet guns, air guns, knives, and handheld spot welders.* Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow.* Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions. **What We’re Looking For** **Qualifications:*** Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.* Demonstrates an attention to detail.* Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively.* Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).* Capable of following instructions and solving routine problems.* Forklift license required (can be obtained within 3 months of hire). **Work Environment:*** Exposure to moderate noise and airborne particles.* Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.* Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. **Why Join Us?*** Opportunities for growth and skill development.* Supportive team culture and hands-on training.* A workplace that values safety, quality, and collaboration. **HIRING HOURLY RANGE**: $22.96 - $26.44 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
