Job summary

aeSolutions is hiring a fabrication technician for our UL-certified panel fabrication shop in Greenville, SC. The role involves fabrication of control panels to meet client project requirements, reading panel diagrams, and assisting with mechanical and electrical assembly.

We expect a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, knowledge of NFPA 70 and UL508a, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; formal training in Electrical/Electronic technology highly preferred.
• 2+ years of practical experience in essential job functions.
• Track record of understanding and practicing NFPA 70 and UL508a requirements.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate control panels to meet client project requirements according to approved drawings.
• Receive shipments and inventory parts, read and understand panel diagrams, assist with mechanical and electrical assembly.
• Assist with all aspects of panel fabrication and assembly.
• Ensure panels are properly packed for shipment and meet project deadlines.
