Job summary

Dover Precision Components in Texas is seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to read electrical and mechanical schematics, assemble panels and distribute components to complete wiring duties. The role requires accuracy with wiring tasks, basic math, and the ability to work from detailed drawings.

Applicants should have at least two years of manufacturing experience and fluency in English. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime as duties demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic math skills; calculator use.
• 1 year of electronic assembly experience.
• Experience wiring electrical panels/instrumentation.
• Ability to read schematics, wire lists, BOMs, engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read, use, and understand electrical/mechanical schematic drawings.
• Produce high-quality electrical products.
• Assemble connectors, panels, and components.
• Wire, cut, strip, and mount wires.
• Close job orders daily for the supply/value stream.
