Qualifications

• Associate or 4-year degree with 5+ years using Mitek Sapphire Design Software.
• Proficiency in reading architectural and structural blueprints.
• Experience in wall panel design process.

Responsibilities

• General knowledge of construction industry.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.
• Calculate tributary loads, concentrated loads, and load transfer.
• Operate a computer and current company software.
• Good written and oral communication skills are required.
• Read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Deal courteously with customers, co-workers and construction personnel.
• Strong math skills including architectural units, fractions, geometry and basic trigonometry.
