Job summary

MCG on the production floor is seeking a Production Technician to read electrical schematics, assemble control panels and equipment, and conduct pre-testing quality control to ensure client and product specifications are met.

This hourly, non-exempt role supports routine shop and equipment maintenance, with a preference for PLC experience and electrical/control systems background; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED OR relevant experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in mechanical assembly/rework or related field.
• Background screening (if applicable).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred OSHA10, CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assemble control panels and equipment to meet client and product specifications.
• Use hand and power tools as required.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Assist with routine shop and equipment maintenance.
