Job summary

Millennium Control Systems Llc is seeking a Manufacturing-Field Technician to support production, testing, and installation of electrical control panels. This hands-on role includes panel build, wiring, labeling, documentation, and on-site field installation.

You will assist with shipping/receiving, off-site coordination, basic testing, and documentation for instruction books. Travel about 5–10% may be required as you interface with manufacturing partners and support quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Basic understanding of electricity.
• Experience Soldering and Crimping.
• Operation of basic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Panel build (mounting and wiring).
• Assist with shipping and receiving.
• Print wire tags, terminal board tags, and panel tags, as required.
• Off-site manufacturing interface to verify progress, enforce standards, transport parts and prints.
• Basic test and inspection of manufactured equipment (on-site and off-site).
• Cable assembly (solder and crimp connectors).
• Collect and prepare documentation for instruction books.
• Field installation, panel modifications/repairs.
