Job summary

Clayton Controls, a member of Flow Control Group, is seeking a skilled Panel Builder to assemble and wire industrial control panels and sub-assemblies to exacting quality standards. You will review materials, follow assembly drawings, and perform point-to-point wiring and basic testing.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years of panel-building experience, with the ability to read schematics and work overtime as needed. The role is based in our facility in California.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and 2 years minimum panel-building experience.
• Ability to read basic electrical schematics and assembly drawings.
• Must follow SOPs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial control panels and sub-assemblies.
• Layout, drill, and tap panels based on drawings; install hardware.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and test circuits with a DMM.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met; maintain clean workspace.
