This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions accurately.**Key Responsibilities*** Assemble electrical control panels and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.* Physically mount electrical components such as: + Circuit breakers + Relays and contactors + Terminal blocks + Power supplies + PLCs and control devices + Enclosures and DIN rail systems* Perform point-to-point wiring based on: + Electrical schematics + Wiring diagrams + Bills of materials (BOM) + Work instructions* Cut, strip, crimp, label, and terminate wires according to specifications.* Ensure proper routing and securing of wiring within panels.* Verify accuracy of completed assemblies against documentation.* Perform basic electrical testing and continuity checks as required.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.* Communicate effectively with engineering, supervisors, and quality personnel regarding questions or discrepancies.**Required Qualifications*** Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.* Experience using hand tools and basic electrical assembly tools.* Understanding of electrical components and wiring practices.* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.**Preferred Qualifications*** Previous experience assembling industrial control panels.* Familiarity with UL standards and electrical codes.* Experience with wire labeling systems and cable management best practices.* Basic troubleshooting skills.**Work Environment*** Manufacturing / production environment.* Use of hand tools and electrical assembly equipment.* Requires standing, bending, and light to moderate lifting.Compensation is from $27.06 to $35.22 hourlyPlease keep in mind that this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
