Job summary

Evonik is seeking a hands-on technician at the Tonawanda Plant to operate complex systems, adjust processes for quality and productivity, and generate solutions for inefficiencies. You will support and install systems, inspect equipment, and perform preventive maintenance under guidance.

The role requires clear communication, ability to follow procedures, and the capacity to work with guidance to meet production objectives. A strong safety mindset and adherence to HS&E policies are essential.
