Job summary

Evonik Corporation in Calvert City, KY is seeking an Operator to operate and optimize production systems, conduct routine maintenance, and support installation and inspection activities. Qualifications

  • Secondary / Intermediate education with 5 GCSEs is required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate complex systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity.
  • Provide operational support by performing a range of route activities using existing systems and protocols.
  • Help to install complex systems and conduct inspections of equipment with guidance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance routines.
  • Conduct complex analyses, quality tests and inspections that require a high level of independent judgment.
  • Follow HS&E policies, procedures and mandatory instructions; identify and mitigate risks, and safeguard the environment and wellbeing of oneself and others.
