Job summary

Evonik Group in Weston, Michigan seeks a Process Operator to monitor and control manufacturing lines, ensuring accurate measurements, supporting packaging and transfers between tanks.

You will take daily samples and coordinate with shipping, QC and maintenance, while working 8-12 hour shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays when required. Training provided.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED required.
  • 2-4 years of manufacturing or chemical experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret instruments, gauges, etc.
  • Must be in good health and able to lift 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and measure processes on the production line.
  • Packaging and transfer from tank to tank.
  • Take daily samples and coordinate with shipping, QC, and maintenance.
