Winn-Marion Companies in Centennial, CO is seeking a Panel Shop Technician II to join our assembly team. The role focuses on wiring, assembling, and mounting electronic components into enclosures, following wiring diagrams and sample assemblies.

You will work with hand and power tools and contribute to quality by maintaining accuracy and safety. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of electronics wiring experience, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1-3 years experience wiring electricity and electronics.
• Experience with blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and point-to-point drawings preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team.
• Good color vision and ability to identify wires by color.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use standard and specialized tools for industrial automation assembly.
• Learn functionality of common components and their proper use.
• Safely operate tools and machinery in the assembly of products.
• Capable of utilizing highly automated equipment safely and efficiently.
• Help train lower-level technicians when required.
• Maintain professional behavior and proper communication with internal and external contacts.
• Understand assembly drawings details.
• Comply with all safety work procedures.
