Job summary

Koch Finishing Systems in Evansville, IN is hiring a Production Team Member for day shift panel assembly. You will assemble panels and doors, install windows, and operate saws and cranes with training provided. Training is provided, and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with a starting pay of $19.00/hour and weekly pay. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, PTO & EPTO, plus insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Join Koch Finishing Systems as a Production Team Member – Thermal & Acoustic Panel Assembly at our Evansville, IN facility. We're hiring immediately for full-time, day shift positions (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). Training provided, but previous experience is a plus!

What You'll Do:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience:

• Using basic hand tools and saws
• Reading a tape measure accurately
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
