KOCH Finishing Systems in Evansville, IN is hiring for a Day Shift Assembly role. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with occasional overtime. Training is provided and no prior experience is required, though production/manufacturing background is a plus.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. You will assemble and package panels and doors, install windows into panels, and operate saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes (training provided).

Join Koch Finishing Systems as a Production Team Member – Thermal & Acoustic Panel Assembly at our Evansville, IN facility. We're hiring immediately for full-time, day shift positions (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM), with occasional overtime as production needs require. Training provided, but previous experience in production, manufacturing, or factory work is a plus!

What You'll Do

• Assemble and package panels & doors


• Install windows into panels

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift


• Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience

• Using basic hand tools and saws


• Reading a tape measure accurately


• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment
