Job summary

Copeland is hiring a Panel Assembler for the day shift in Kennesaw, GA. You will mount, wire, cut and assemble electrical control panels per engineering and UL508A specs, reading schematics and CAD drawings, using hand and power tools while standing all day.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to assemble electrical panels with hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and ERP usage.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, drill, punch and cut metal enclosures.
• Read electrical schematics and CAD drawings and wire accordingly.
• Install components, crimp connections and route wiring.
• Produce assemblies, label and package peripherals.
• Stand 8–10 hours; lift 25–50 pounds; maintain organized work area.
