Job summary

Scientific Protein Laboratories (SPL), a world leader in biosourced pharmaceuticals, is seeking a Manager Manufacturing for Pancreatin in Waunakee, WI. This role leads pancreatin manufacturing operations, ensures cGMP compliance, and maintains production schedules to deliver high-quality APIs.

You will supervise frontline teams, drive continuous improvement, manage resources, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing Support to achieve safety, quality, and cost goals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in cGMP manufacturing.
• 10+ years of overall manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Production execution and shift oversight to meet goals and quality standards.
• Ensure cGMP compliance with FDA/USDA/OSHA and internal SOPs.
• Lead and develop manufacturing staff, including coaching and training.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions to optimize processes.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and R&D.
