Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing and sales or management.
• Government and large healthcare system contracting experience.
• Leadership and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute continental BD, marketing and sales plans.
• Lead and motivate a marketing and sales leadership team.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships within the continent.
• Shape overall BD, commercial strategy and pricing policies.
• Oversee operations of the continental commercial function.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements and implement actions.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
• Lead complex BD negotiations and reporting.
• Manage continental sales budgets.
