Job summary

Saviynt Expert Services seeks a US or Canada–based technical architect to lead post-sales Privileged Access Management (PAM) engagements. You will guide discovery, data gathering, solution design, implementation, and documentation, driving customers toward successful PAM adoption.

You will spearhead deployments and act as a trusted advisor in a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is driven, confident in setting boundaries when necessary, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Information Security or related technology field, IAM preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience.
• PAM experience as an implementation engineer/architect with at least two of the following PAM solutions: CyberArk, Centrify, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, Hitachi ID, Delinea, Saviynt PAM.
• Integration experience with on-prem servers, AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS apps, Web apps, Network devices, and Active Directory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to produce high-quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with customers and propose PAM solutions.
• Lead PAM design, implementation and deployments.
• Operate as a technical subject matter expert in the PAM space.
• Mentor and coach junior resources within the team.
• Build documentation and deliver high-quality designs and SOPs.
