Job summary

Albany Beck is seeking a Junior & Senior PAM Cyber Security Engineer for a Hybrid role in New Jersey/New York. The focus is on Privileged Access Management and governance, working across security, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to drive onboarding and adoption.

The role combines PAM domain knowledge with business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and programme delivery to shape the future operating model for PAM. Strong communication with engineers and executives is essential.

Qualifications

• PAM/IAM programs delivered in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust or similar PAM platforms.
• Business analysis including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading onboarding, migration, adoption, or operationalisation activities.
• Strong programme delivery with coordination of multiple workstreams.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Excellent communication with engineers to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and adoption activities across infrastructure, application, cloud, and operational teams.
• Act as liaison between PAM engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and requirements gathering.
• Drive engagement to increase PAM adoption and reduce onboarding resistance.
• Develop onboarding methodologies, governance processes, operating procedures, communications, and reporting.
• Analyse PAM processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Contribute to programme strategy, roadmap, and maturity initiatives.
• Produce executive reporting, governance packs, KPIs, KRIs, and health metrics.
• Support audit, compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements relating to privileged access controls.
• Collaborate with security leadership and operational teams to ensure successful outcomes.
